Massage and ironman
After running 40 kilometres, swimming and cycling in ironman triathlon, there is nothing that can be relaxing like being on a massage table. The massage leads to relaxing the mind as well as getting rid of the muscle pains that were accumulated during the event. With a massage therapist who is highly qualified, as an athlete I will stay relaxed all throughout the process. The therapists know where to touch so that they will relieve the pressure. It is an experience that I will recommend to any athlete who will like to relief pressure and stay relaxed after triathlon. After trying once, I have made a habit of rushing to the therapist each time I have crossed the finish line in the triathlon.
Why I recommend a massage after triathlon
During the event there are high chances that you will be injured, it is very easy to get rid of the injuries after you lie on massage table. The therapists know the right techniques for them to apply on your body so that they will relax different muscles and lead you to recovering easily.
In a competition you may win or lose, for those who lose, they may be faced with risks of stress, it is very easy to get rid of the stress after you take some time and lie on a massage table where the experts will touch your muscles. You will end up relieving the stress which will make it easy for you to concentrate and move on with life.

After you run for long distances, you need to relax and let blood flow to different parts of your body.
